Listening Tour
I connect with end-users at all levels, from individual contributors to leadership, across impacted departments. Through 1:1s and group sessions, I uncover pain points, gather insights, and understand the history behind your tech stack. I listen to everything that you say and hear everything that you don’t.
Tech Stack Deep Dive
To recommend the right solutions, an analysis of your Salesforce org and/or Hubspot will be conducted to identify the genesis of your challenges and opportunities for improvement. We’ll also review any additional tools that are relevant to your initiative.
Action Plan
We provide a strategy that fits your organizational culture and an action plan to tackle your challenges. This plan will provide the most feasible path to successfully execute your goals based on the Service and Area(s) of Focus selected. We may make recommendations to add Areas of Focus, if necessary.
Areas of Focus
We will focus on the areas you choose to help you achieve your goals. While most goals may require touching multiple areas, I’ll provide in-depth support only for the areas included in your package.

Fractional leadership takes the strategic guidance into hands-on execution. I take a player-coach approach, actively leading and contributing to getting things done. This service is available on a part-time basis of 15, 20, or 25 hours per week.

Not a problem! We understand that knowing where to start is sometimes the hardest part. The Operational Audit is also offered as a standalone service. As part of the Recommend Action Plan, we’ll recommend the Areas of Focus and Service that will best help you achieve your goals. You’ll have two weeks to decide if you want to move forward as-is, with changes, or come back at a later time.
