As a former Business Systems leader of lean, overwhelmed teams, I know what it's like to keep a patchwork of systems and tools together. You’re juggling multiple hats without the adequate direction, capacity, or support to match.

Nearing burnout, I reflected on why my past experience was different - I couldn’t just tell people about the change, I needed to involve them. It’s the people that influence, inform, and enforce it. Seamlessly incorporating their input is the key.
